Walk this way

In a short couple of weeks Oliver has really mastered walking. He can walk across a room and even side step to walk around toys or other objects that are in his way. It's too cute! Although, if he is in a rush to get to something...he'll drop to his super fast crawl. It won't be long before his main mode of getting around is walking!

More teeth

Oliver now has 7 teeth! There looks to be more coming in too. He is such a handsome boy when his teeth show through when he smiles.

Latest happenings!

I have been meaning to write more entries but I am having way too much fun with my little man! It's been a few weeks! We are planning Oliver's first birthday party. It will be on February 5th- I just can't believe a year has passed already.... He is growing so fast and changing so much.

He now has 6 teeth (four on top, 2 on bottom)
He took his first steps on Friday (1/7). He has been working on mastering the skill of walking although we're in no rush though because if he walks as fast as he crawls we're in trouble!
climbs the stairs
claps
dances (and when music is playing in another room he'll walk/crawl just to shake his booty)
loves music
enjoys books and being read to
eats foods of all kinds- there isn't anything that he doesn't like, yet.
knows some sign language including milk and all done
has a thing for blankets (loves holding on to them when in the car)
facintated by buttons
is learning to drink from a straw
giggles, laughs, and smiles often
throws (or tries to) the ball to Chloe in their game of catch
gets thoroughly excited when playing peek a boo
enjoys turning things on & off
says "hi" "no" "ma" dada" "co" (for Chloe we assume)
waves hi & bye

I think it's also safe to say that I will have successfully breast fed Oliver for the whole year. I'm very proud of this as it's been trying at times.

Our little boy is displaying such fascinating personality- cuteness all the way!
